Free shuttle buses will operate between Lilydale Station and Yarra Valley Racecourse on both Saturday and Sunday.
Buses depart Lilydale Station every 15 minutes from 9:00 am. Return services from the racecourse depart every 15 minutes from 3:00 pm.
No booking is required. Full shuttle timetable to be posted closer to the event!

Yes. One wheelchair accessible bus operates each hour as part of the free shuttle service on both event days. This is the fourth bus in each rotation between Lilydale Station and Yarra Valley Racecourse.
If you require wheelchair access, please allow additional time and inform staff at the pickup point so they can assist you.

Costumes are encouraged but not required. Many guests come dressed in medieval, fantasy, or historical attire, from knights and elves to pirates and peasants.
Foam or clearly fake weapons are allowed. Real weapons or anything sharp/metallic must be left at home.

Absolutely. Applications for the Goblin Bazaar (indoor stalls) and outdoor traders are still open, but hurry as they close soon.

Yes, there is ample free parking on-site. Additional parking for accessibility needs will be clearly signed.
Yes, there is space for buses to park on site.
Parts of the event are held on grass and gravel, but most areas have bitumen paved paths and the general areas like the Goblin Bazaar and feasting areas have concrete floors.

Children under the age of 3 do not receive a coin. This is due to safety considerations, as the coins may pose a choking hazard for very young children.
