Yes. The closest train station is Lilydale Station on the Lilydale Line.
We will have free shuttle buses running between Lilydale Station and the event venue throughout the weekend.
A full timetable will be released closer to the event. -

Costumes & Dress-up

Costumes are encouraged but not required. Many guests come dressed in medieval, fantasy, or historical attire, from knights and elves to pirates and peasants.

Foam or clearly fake weapons are allowed. Real weapons or anything sharp/metallic must be left at home.
Stallholders

Absolutely. Applications for the Goblin Bazaar (indoor stalls) and outdoor traders are still open, but hurry as they close soon.
We will also have an Artisan Alley for lost trades and other demonstrations.

Parking & Access

Yes, there is ample free parking on-site. Additional parking for accessibility needs will be clearly signed.

Yes, there is space for buses to park on site.

Parts of the event are held on grass and gravel, but most areas have bitumen paved paths and the general areas like the Goblin Bazaar and feasting areas have concrete floors.
We will have accessibility paths and facilities in place where possible.

No, we have a limited capacity venue and fully expect to sell out well before the event.

Yes! We’ll have a wide variety of food stalls offering everything from hearty feasts to sweet treats, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Small snacks and water bottles are fine. Full meals, alcohol, BBQs, large coolers, and picnic umbrellas are not permitted.

Yes, in our licensed tavern area. You must be 18+ and have valid ID.

No, this is a licensed venue. Alcohol will be available for purchase on site in designated areas.
Entertainment

Expect live performances, jousting, sword fighting, music, fantasy creatures, roaming actors, magic shows, workshops, and so much more. A full schedule will be released closer to the event.
