Other unique, themed creations that align with our medieval and fantasy aesthetic
Stall Presentation Guidelines:
Vendors are encouraged to decorate their stalls to enhance the fantasy setting.
Suggested theming elements include wooden crates, barrels, and chests to add depth and texture, as well as bunting, banners, and hanging fabrics to create a festive atmosphere. Rustic shelving and wooden signage help display goods in a visually appealing way, while fairy lights or battery-powered candles (no open flames) add a warm, inviting glow.
Themed props, backdrops, and ambient elements can further enhance the immersive experience of your stall.
A cohesive and imaginative display helps create an unforgettable experience for guests and increases your appeal to customers.
General Guidelines for All Vendors
Vendors are strongly encouraged to wear costumes that suit the fantasy, medieval, and whimsical theme of the event. Dressing in character adds to the immersive experience and makes your stall more engaging for attendees.
Your products and stall presentation must fit within the medieval, whimsical, and fantasy theme of the event.
Public Liability Insurance is required for all vendors, with a minimum coverage of $10 million dollars
We do not permit modern gazebos.
Due to council constraints and Victorian liquor laws, tattooists and alcohol vendors will not be accepted at this event.
Open-serve and hot food is not allowed in The Great Goblin Bazaar; only sealed or pre-packaged items (e.g., sweets, preserves, teas, nuts etc) are acceptable.
We reserve the right to remove any vendor who does not comply with these guidelines, without refund.
